A man has been charged with attempted murder and other offences in Amersham.
Harry Benson, aged 27, of White Lion Road, Amersham, was charged yesterday (9/9) with two counts of possession of a bladed article and one count each of attempted murder, possession of a sharply pointed article, possession of an offensive weapon in a private place and possession of a controlled drug of class B, namely cannabis.
The charges relate to an assault at around 6.40pm on Friday (6/9) on Dane Close.
Benson was remanded in custody and appeared at High Wycombe Magistrates’ Court yesterday (9/9).
He was further remanded and is due to appear at Aylesbury Crown Court on 7 October.
