Job Centre security guards in Bucks are striking this week as part of an ongoing pay dispute.
The guards - employed by private outsourcing giant G4S - are on strike across the UK every day this week, until Saturday 20 July.
Workers are angry over the fact 90 per cent of the guards are now paid just the minimum wage.
G4S has a multi-million pound contract with the Department for Work and pensions (DWP) to provide security at Job Centres across the UK.
Works will go on the picket at Aylesbury Job Centre Plus on Oxford Road today.
