A doctors Surgery in Aylesbury has reported an increase in abuse aimed at staff.
Poplar Grove Practice in Meadow Way is asking patients to treat surgery staff with dignity and respect.
It follows a number of incidents including abuse and intimidation.
The surgery said they understand queues on phone lines and front desks are long, and they are doing everything they can to address this.
