Thames Valley Police are appealing for witnesses following the grievous bodily harm incident which happened at around 4.15pm on Friday (13/5).
The victim, a man in his twenties, sustained serious injuries that are thought to have been caused by a knife in the vicinity of Rutland Avenue.
He is currently in hospital receiving treatment.
There are currently no descriptions of offenders, but Police are looking for any witnesses to come forward.
Investigating officer, Detective Constable Amy Hennah, based at High Wycombe police station, said:
We’d ask anyone in the local area who may have dash-cams or CCTV to check the footage in case it has captured something that could assist with the investigation.
