Firefighters from High Wycombe, Beaconsfield, Amersham, Marlow and Maidenhead are currently at the scene of a fire at a commercial unit (20/01).

Four officers are also in attendance at the incident in Rutland Avenue High Wycombe.
The firefighters are using:
- Four sets of breathing apparatus
- Three hose reel jets
- One main jet
One man is being cared for by South Central Ambulance Service.
A road closure and scene cordon is being established, and road users are advised to seek alternative routes while emergency services are at the scene.
The incident is generating smoke, so anyone living or working in the area who can see or smell smoke is advised to close windows and doors.
