A coroner has concluded a teenager was unlawfully killed by a convicted sex offender, after going missing on her way to work in Milton Keynes.
The remains of 19-year-old Leah Croucher were found in a house in October 2022, less than half a mile from where she was last seen in 2019.
A number of failings were identified concerning the monitoring of Neil Maxwell.
The inquest continues today.
