Bucks Business First have created a peer network programme to help local businesses grow.
The Peer Network Programme is a new and unique approach to business support that sees leaders grouping together to solve commonly shared problems and challenges, allowing them to get valuable support from others who are running businesses in similar conditions.
Philippa Batting, Managing Director of Buckinghamshire Business First, said:
“Peer Networks is a national peer-to-peer networking programme for SME leaders that want to grow and develop their organisation for future success, enabling them to make connections that go far beyond networking.”
By completing Peer Networks, businesses will learn practical solutions to overcome challenges; recognise and act on new opportunities; build a trusted network of connections to support their businesses now and in the future; and improve their long-term personal and business performance.
Philippa added:
“From finance and HR to sales, marketing and more, expert facilitators will give participants the flexibility to create a trusted local support network that works for them, helping to build and strengthen businesses and improve their overall performance.”
Peer Networks are designed for business leaders and senior managers who want to grow and develop their organisation for future success. The programme is available to any SME business that has operated for at least one year, has five or more employees (or over two if the reduction is as a result of the pandemic), a turnover of at least £100,000 and is based in Buckinghamshire.
