To mark #SaferSleepWeek, The Buckinghamshire Healthcare trust are getting behind The Lullaby Trust's campaign.
The Lullaby Trust want to raise awareness of the education and support for Dads and father figures to know life saving safer sleep information for their baby.
In a survey of over 500 new and expectant Dads, we found that only 32% of them had been given safer sleep information by a health professional.
And with many Dads are taking a bigger role in caring for their babies, its important they are aware of the safer sleep advice out there, and lower the risk of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS).
The Lullaby Trust say: "By making all parents aware of how they can reduce the risk of SIDS and supporting them to help protect their babies, can we ensure we do not see more lives lost."
