Leyla and Rachael from Buckinghamshire Fire and Rescue will be tackling three peaks in just 24 hours.
The pair are set to climb the National Three Peaks, (Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon) to raise money and awareness for The FireFighter's charity, an organisation which supports fire service staff and their families through injury, illness, and mental health challenges.
Their journey will include battling 23 miles of hiking, rough terrain and unpredictable weather with the added challenge of wearing their full fire kit. Buckinghamshire Fire & Rescue Service say "between busy shifts, family life, and training sessions squeezed in whenever possible Leyla and Rachael have been preparing for months."
