Kelly Allison is on a mission to make the workplace a happier place to be.
She has set up KinderWorks, which helps individuals and businesses create a kinder and more understanding atmosphere, she calls it 'corporate kindness'.
This is even more important at a time where a lot of people may be going back to work for the first time since the pandemic began.
Kelly spoke to Bucks Radio, and said:
"I think it's really important to understand that everyone needs that level of flexibility nowadays. We've all come off the back off working remotely and managing various different constraints in doing that, and there is going to be lots of levels of anxiety and worry about return to an office environment.
I think the most important thing is for employers to take responsibility for their teams and to make sure their teams happiness is a central point of moving forward in the business."
Kelly added:
"In my opinion I think every single workplace can do with being a little bit kinder to their team and people to be kinder to each other in general!"
KinderWorks provides a place for people who may be struggling or want to change their work environment to speak freely and anonymously if they wish, as well as workshops for businesses too.
