Bucks Council have been announced as one of the top performing Councils in giving out vital government grants.
They have handed out almost 100% of their allocated additional funds they got given by central government, making them the second most generous in the whole country.
The latest figures released nationally by BEIS (Department for Business Energy and Industrial Strategy) show that in terms of the percentage of additional restrictions grant funding that councils have received, grants teams at Buckinghamshire Council have outperformed every other council bar one across England.
Over 4,500 businesses employing an estimated 16,079 people have received in excess of £21 million in grants when they have most needed them.
