Thanks to fundraising efforts from Ducks fans the Cancer Care and Haematology Fund received cheque for £2255 to help them with the treatment of patients with cancer and blood disorders in Bucks.
The club have been holding fundraising events throughout the season to help their Partnered charity, including a 25 kilometre walk from Aylesbury to Dunstable.
