The football club handed over a cheque of £1389 to The Ducklings Trust.
The Ducklings Trust charity helps buy equipment and improve maternity units at Stoke Mandeville Hospital and High Wycombe.
Paul Snell, from the club, told Bucks Radio why its important for The Ducks to give back to the community:
"Even though the club continues to play its games outside of Aylesbury, it's important for us as a football club to continue to play a role at the heart of the community through initiatives like this."
He shares what he hopes the club's generous donation can achieve:
"We hope the money raised by our fans for The Ducklings contributes towards their goal of raising enough to fund a new state of the art birthing pool facility!"
One of the biggest fundraisers this year was a sponsored walk to their former stadium in on Buckingham Road in Aylesbury to The Meadow in Chesham, where the team currently plays its home games.
Paul adds:
"Not only did this raise a significant amount of money for the charity, it raised awareness of the campaign to Bring the Ducks home to play in Aylesbury"
