It comes after the announcement of Roger Payne's sudden passing this week.
Chesham United FC, where Roger was the majority shareholder, shared the news in a social media "with unimaginable sadness" after his death yesterday (15/10).
The club also said they'll make further updates as and when appropriate and that their thoughts are with Roger’s wife and his family at this moment in time.
In Aylesbury United's tribute, they said they'll remember his contribution to the Ducks with gratitude and that his passing will be felt across both clubs. They also sent their "heartfelt condolences" to Roger’s wife, his family, friends and all who knew him.
