Aylesbury MP Rob Butler has carried out a walk around the town centre to discuss ways of regenerating areas.
Repairs will be carried out in the Exchange to repair damaged stonework.
Plans for the regeneration of of the Market Square and Kingsbury are due to be published shortly.
He was joined by Cllr Rachael Matthews, Deputy Cabinet Member for Town Centre Regeneration at Buckinghamshire Council.
