Thames Valley Police officers investigating a sexual assault in Iver have made an arrest.
A 17-year-old boy from Slough was arrested on suspicion of sexual assault on a female on Saturday (24/2). He has been released on police bail until 17 May.
The arrest relates to an incident at around 6.25pm on 12 December last year, when an offender approached the female victim in Wellington Street, Slough, before following her onto a bus.
They then got off at the same bus stop at Evreham Road, Iver, and the offender spoke to the victim before touching her inappropriately over her clothing, causing her to run off.
Investigating officer Detective Constable Miriam Belbehri, of Slough CID, said: “We have now made an arrest in connection with this sexual assault.
“While the suspect has been released on police bail, our investigation continues.
