The Buckinghamshire Council application portal for primary school places for September 2024 will close at midnight.
You can apply online, using a laptop, desktop, smart phone or tablet. The system is safe and easy to use. Set up a username (your email address) and password. You can then fill in your details and your child’s details and list up to six preferences for primary schools. Your home address and your child’s should be the same.
Once Buckinghamshire Council have received your preferences, they will send an automatic email confirming which schools you have applied for.
You can log back in to change your application at any time before the deadline. Please remember to re-submit your application if you make any changes.
It is important that you use the same email address and remember your password. They will use your email address to contact you throughout the process, so it is important that you let them know if you change it.
Make sure you apply by the deadline of 15 January 2024 - If you've not applied for a primary school place by 15 January, you must submit a late application. Late applications can affect your chances of getting into your preferred school as places may already be taken.
Please send in/submit your council tax reference number as evidence of where you live, when you complete your application. If you can’t provide this, please see the website for a list of documents that you can choose from.
If you apply online, you will know which school you child has been offered on 16thApril 2024, you will be able to log in and accept the school offer that day. You will also get this information in an email.
