Local resident, Malcolm Cloutt, is approaching his 102nd birthday. He will once again be walking Princes Risborough town raising funds for Royal British Legion.
The 2022 Poppy Appeal campaign has been now launched. Poppy Appeal collectors will be distributing poppies across the United Kingdom so please do look out for them and get your poppy from sellers in your local community.
Raising money and awareness on Remembrance Day, marking the very day that World War One ended in 1918. We hold a two-minute silence at 11am on the 11th day of the 11th month to remember those who have died in any conflict.
Every purchase through the Royal British Legion's Poppy Shop or donation to the Poppy Appeal goes 100% to the charity, and its work helping members or former members of the Armed Forces Community – including those in the Royal Navy and the Royal Air Force as well as the British Army.

This November Malcolm Cloutt approaching 102 will start his 3rd year raising funds for Royal British Legion selling poppies.
Malcolm walk will start Tuesday 1st November 11am outside Woollerton Court opposite the police station. Walking up and down the high street finish at crew cafe. If you would like to walk please join us 1st November till 11th November. Malcolm officially Walking days are 1st 5th 11th November. Other residents will walk other days selling poppies.
Malcolm and Risborough over the last 2 years have raised over £16.000 pounds amazing achievement for a gentleman approaching 102.
