Begin with an uplifting 45-minute yoga session led by Ilona, designed to energise and ground you. Then melt into a calming sound bath guided by Reiki practitioner and sound healer Ellie, featuring Tibetan copper bowls, crystal bowls, and more—inviting deep relaxation and inner balance.
