Put Your Business in the Spotlight

After the hugely successful show in Aylesbury, FNH On Stage are taking “Nativity the Musical” to the Wycombe Swan later this year. It’s a chance for local children to appear on stage in a fantastic production. It’s open to kids from all communities, whether they have stage experience or not.

On March 30th at the theatre, the charity are holding a Launch Event for businesses who would like to put themselves in the spotlight and support the show. You can meet the team behind the project, learn more about how the show brings communities together, and find out how your company can be involved.

The event is Thursday March 30th. To register your company, call Tony White on 01296 429975 or email tonywhite@fnhospice.org.uk

Could you help boost the supply of ‘Hospice Hearts’?

At the start of the pandemic local supporters started crafting pairs of knitted hearts and donating them to the Hospice in their hundreds and thousands.

Whilst patients and families were separated due to the restrictions in place at the time, the hearts were used to make them feel connected whilst apart. One heart was given to a patient, and the other taken home with family.

Even now restrictions have been lifted the Palliative Care team at the Hospice and on the wards in Stoke Mandeville Hospital continue to offer the hearts to patients and families, who find them a real source of comfort.

The pairs of hearts can be brought to the Hospice at Stoke Mandeville Hospital or to our offices on Walton Street in Aylesbury.

Patterns can be found on the charity’s website
