A mental health charity in Wendover is appealing for people to take part in its first virtual fundraising event.
Lindengate's 5 Way Challenge is based on the 5 Ways to Wellbeing - be active, connect, take notice, keep learning and give.
Participants can undertake their challenge anytime from May 1 and they must be completed by July 31.
You can do any activity, in a location of your choice in line with Government guidelines and social distancing rules.
You could use the number 5 as your inspiration or focus on an idea that links to the 5 Ways to Wellbeing.
You could host a quiz or games night, a coffee morning, host a show or concert or host a virtual event online
Set yourself a challenge to run, walk, skate or cycle a certain distance or a dancing challenge. Head out on a mindful walk and set yourself a distance challenge. Read 5 books in 5 days. You could even set yourself 5 separate challenges.
Share your photos and updates online using #Lindengate5 and tag the charity in your posts on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
