Two fire crews from Amersham and Beaconsfield attended the incident in Latimer Road yesterday morning.
Firefighters used hydraulic tools to release a medically trapped male.
Another male casualty was out of their vehicle before the arrival of the crews.
Both casualties were cared for by to South Central Ambulance Service.
