Calling all proud pruners and great gardeners, Aylesbury Town Council have announced the return of the Aylesbury in Bloom Garden Competition.
The Town Council has hosted this event every year since 2007 but after taking a break in 2020 due to the pandemic the competition is back.
They are inviting gardens, schools and local businesses and organisations to enter in July and August for FREE.
The following Garden Competition categories that can be entered are:
For residents: best front garden, best back garden, best edible garden, best wildlife/nature garden, best container garden (including window boxes, pots and baskets), best young gardener.
For schools: best garden in a pot.
For organisations and businesses: best communal garden.
The Council are hoping for an in-person award presentation night for residents and organisations/business categories on Thursday 16 September.
Applications must be completed by Monday 14 June.
