Four per cent of areas in Bucks still don’t have acceptable broadband levels
But there’s not enough money in the Bucks Council kitty to do anything about it.
That's according to Martin Tett, who has described some speeds as Stone Age.
And with more people relying on home-internet for work and schooling, he says that needs to change.
But with the new infrastructure costing hundreds of millions of pounds, Bucks council will need to rely on central government funding to make it happen.
