The schemes include a range of measures including speed indicator devices, village gateways, pedestrian crossings, foot and cycle paths, road markings and signage to address issues that have been created or made worse by the construction of HS2.
With a full fund of £3.95 million, £1.6 million has been made available for tranche 2 of the scheme.
This is open for applications until Tuesday 31 May 2022.
