Seven appliances and crews responded to a house fire in Stone.
They were sent to Ford Road at 3:43am on Friday.
A two-storey house was well alight when they arrived.
One man was treated for minor injuries before being passed into the care of South Central Ambulance Service.
The house was 100 per cent damaged by fire.
A single-story annex was around 20 per cent damaged by fire and 100 per cent damaged by smoke.
