Do you think your pet is intelligent?, Well they have nothing on Spot!
The University of Buckingham have a brand new robot, which has been bought by the uni for its new computing degree programmes.
Spot has been bought with funds from a £1.6 million grant from the Bucks Local Enterprise Partnership, that will help establish an innovation hub focusing on AI technology, robots and cyber security at the uni.
Dr Harin Sellahewa, who is Dean of the Factuty of Computing Law and Psychology at the University, told us what he hopes this grant will achieve:
"Our aim is to train graduates with specialist digital skills, to meet the growing demand for such skills. And to work with businesses to contribute to the regions post COVID economic recovery and long term prosperity."
