One of Millie’s nominators said: “She was informative, encouraging, supportive and empowering. She worked her hardest to make sure my birth plan was met and when it could no longer be met, she put all her efforts into keeping me and my son safe and comfortable.”
Another said: “I felt instantly and completely at ease. She was not only incredibly kind but also deeply comforting during some of my most vulnerable moments.”
Michelle East, Director of Midwifery at the Trust said: “Millie truly goes above and beyond to ensure women and their families are supported, even in some of the most stressful situations. She is a dedicated midwife who strives to deliver outstanding, personal and compassionate care every time.”
