As we celebrate Children's Mental Health Week, Animal Antiks in North Marston are offering mental Wellbeing Walks for both children AND adults.
You are taken on a guided walk with the Alpacas, across the charities 230 acre farm.
They are now offering residents in Aylesbury, Waddesdon and Winslow transport provided both ways too.
Sarah from the charity told us more:
"We all lead an alpaca across the field for about an hour, then head back for a cuppa and a chat. It's a muddy, fun time and can break up a long week, its something to look forward to and you can make new friends. Just getting out and about can make all the difference!"
The wellbeing walks happen on a Tuesday morning at around 10.15am, for more information and to register your interest head to https://www.animalantiks.co.uk/contact-us
