A former ambulance station in Amersham is set to be transformed into a new dental practice after planners gave the green light.
The Chiltern Avenue building will be converted into four dental surgeries, alongside reception and staff facilities, in a bid to meet growing patient demand.
Developers say expansion at their current NHS practice is not possible, prompting the move.
Planning officers described the scheme as a sustainable reuse of a prominent building, with town councillors hopeful NHS patients will be included.
