The Aylesbury born footballer has called full-time on her career, just 3 weeks after helping England win Euro 2022.
White, who is the Lionesses all time leading goal scorer, broke the news on her social media accounts. You can see her full statement below, in which she says it's time to let the next generation shine.
The 33 year old, who went the Grange School, began her playing career in Aylesbury and even has her own mural painted on a wall at the bottom of the town's High Street. She went on to represent the likes of Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester City, won over 100 caps for her country and, as well as playing her part in this summer's Euro success, also represented Great Britain at 2 Olympic Games.
