The bright yellow e-scooters hit the streets of Aylesbury, Risborough and Wycombe last November.
So far, over 40,000 journeys have been made on the vehicles - which are the only road-legal e-scooters in the county at the moment.
Bucks Council want to extend their trial through to next March now, to see if the network is still viable now lockdowns have ended.
There have been some safety concerns, which the council say are being worked on.
That includes limiting speeds in certain areas and making sure all users go through training on the app when first signing up.
If all goes well, the next thing will be working out if the scooters will become permanent fixtures, as private ones still aren’t technically allowed out in public.
