A Bucks farmer has threatened to shoot any off lead dogs in her field, after an attack led to 25 lambs being killed.
The comments were made by Grendon Underwood farmer Jenny Young on Facebook.
In the post, she commented that a further 20 lambs had been injured in the attack, many of whom would not survive.
She goes on to say that the incident has been reported to police, who believe more than one large dog was involved.
Jenny has now asked for the owner of the dogs to come forward.
Aylesbury Police say they are aware of the report of a large number of sheep being killed and injured in the area of Grendon Underwood.
They're describing it as a tragic incident and their enquiries are ongoing. If you have any information you're being asked to contact Thames Valley Police on 101 quoting incident number 20210317-1723
