In celebration of National Clean Air Day 2021 yesterday, Bucks Business First have pledged to reduce its own carbon footprint.
It has joined the 'Race to Zero' coalition, which means they will be halving its greenhouse gas emissions before 2030 and achieving net zero emissions before 2050.
Over 2000 businesses across the country have joined the Race to Zero coalition, as well as 708 cities and 624 schools.
Between 2019/20 and 2020/21 Buckinghamshire Business First’s decarbonisation activity resulted in a 45% reduction in their CO2e during that period due to efficiency measures and changes as a result of the pandemic.
