Police are investigating a suspicious incident in High Wycombe.
It happened between 10pm and 11pm on Tuesday in Herbert Road.
A man approached a woman and her children in a car, and tried to get access to the vehicle. The man did not gain access and the woman drove off.
Detective Inspector Pete Wall, of CID based at High Wycombe police station told Bucks Radio: “This is a concerning incident and we are carrying out a thorough investigation following a number of lines of enquiry.
“We are asking anyone who saw this incident, or who may have seen someone acting suspiciously, to please come forward.
“We are carrying out CCTV enquiries, but if anyone does have footage then we would ask them to please get in touch.
