Aylesbury Vale Police team have just charged a 39 year old man from Aylesbury with a drug supply offence.
Just after 2pm yesterday (9/12) officers detained the man on Chesterfield Place as he was suspected to be involved in the supply of drugs.
He was arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of Class B and a quantity of cash was seized.
Following a search at a related address, officers then recovered a further, much larger quantity of cannabis and over £3000 in cash.
He has been charged with the following offences;
Possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of Class B - Cannabis.
Possession of criminal property (Cash).
He has been remanded into police custody and will appear in court later today (10/12).
