Number 5 Half way through my 10 different events I will completing in memory of my dad and to raise funds for Rennie Grove hospice care who helped him in his final days
Rat race Man vs Mountains:

This legendary mountain adventure run starts at sea level in the stunning Caernarfon Castle and weaves its way to the summit of Snowdon and down the other side into Dinorwic Quarry where we’ve thrown in an array of punishing obstacles, including the infamous Vertical Kilometre, for you to tackle before you can cross the finishline victorious. 22 Miles with an accent of 5055 ft I’m hoping to complete well within the average time of 5 1/2 hours
